Very very pleasant and knowledgeable people!! Went to buy some stuff for my son there without understanding much and both gentlemen were very helpful as well. Will be back again for sure !

The staff here is great and the products are top notch. I've been to this location many times and they've always been super helpful and polite.

Do not go to this location unless you are fine with rude arrogant people ! Staff doesn't know the meaning of costumer service ! Been twice and both times there were no other customers Maybe that's why staff is miserable Maybe if the staff isn't so rude such as keeping me waiting while on personal phone call , they would get more customers

Poor customer service

I had to pick up some supplies for my classes. The man who served me ~ sales rep # is MJR4, lacked customer service. He rudely answered my questions I had about a product, and acted as if he had better things to do rather than serve me. When it was time to pay, he just rang it up and left my receipt, supplies and all on the counter and decided to make a call, when he wasn't finished with the service. If I was the manager I would have fired him!
