Horrible customer service

I called this place several weeks ago and spoke to a gentleman. I told him I wanted to obtain a quote for a home theatre. He advised me that he would attend my home on the upcoming saturday and that he would call in advance with an approximate time. The Saturday came and no call. I called and left a message and never heard back again. I gave this place the benefit of a doubt and called a few days later and left a message. I never received a call back. I ended up going to Michigan and was well taken care of. I think this place needs to upgrade its customer service. They will never get my business or any business from co workers or friends
