    Unfortunately my wife and I were unable to attend the funeral of an old friend. We were, however, pleased that we would be able to watch a livestream of the ceremony. WATCH is all we were able to do. I called them to say that there was no sound and was just fobbed off with 'Oh, we have had trouble with it for a while and are working on it'. Absolutely shameful and disrespectful!! AWFUL service, but at least they had got their money from the family.

    Very unprofession...

    Very unprofessional and uncaring. Was heartbreaking to know I chose this place for my mother's final life celebration.
