I recently went into Pawz N Claws Pet Shop & Boutique on Beckwith St, N in Smiths Falls to have my cat’s flea bathed and groomed. Not only did my one cat come home COMPLETELY infested with fleas still, she had an open wound on her stomach. I went into the shop to speak with the owner and he denied grooming my cats at all and then blamed me for the flea infestation and claimed the cat wounded herself during grooming.
