Doesn’t treat the customers with respect. Has a two tier system for cash vs pre-arranged. Treats pre-arranged or those through ODSP/governmen supports like second class citizens. Shameful and disrespectful and unprofessional and the only taxi option for those who don’t have a vehicle in Smiths Falls
