I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

I ordered a part for my car on a Thursday and the salesperson promised it would be ready to pick up the next day at 10:30am. As someone who uses my car for work, I made a point of telling him that not having my car equals lost wages. The sales associate reassured me that the part would be ready on Friday When I came in to pick up the part, the person at the front desk said "the part hasn't arrived. Come back on Monday". we order used engine for 07 odessey we paid $1612 + tax on oct 14 2015 ten days after they deliver engine when we installed it start leaking coolant from head call & talk to sales person Malcom he said you have to replace water pump & timing belt to claim warranty after replacing water pump still leak from head Now it's not in his hand you have to call different # they won't answer you call them then it goes in general box boss is out of town call you back finally after sending proof they agree.

I told them the year make and model of my vehicle and they told me based on that info that they had the tires for me in stock. long wait for anyone to talk to and even then the person I spoke to wasn't pleasant :( and then was advised that my size tires were not available the only reason for the 2 stars is for the man that held the door open for me as I exited -- thank you. bad experience
I spoke with Ken not only did he give me the best price after calling a6 or 7 different places and had the part to the yard in one business day .He also called me back to make sure I recived his msg telling me the part was in. Then they told me I could get the tire and rim put on as long as I was there before 4:30. This place far exceeded my expectiations and any sterio type i may have had about auto wreckers
The DIY yard has a wide variety of cars, parts are dirt cheap! Staff are nice but they like to check bags which is somewhat annoying and violates my privacy.
