It used to be a pleasant experience to shop at this LCBO in Rockland. Things started to change a few years ago. Knowledgeable staff have left and were replaced by some people who obviously do not like working with the public. Staff dont smile anymore and frankly the rudeness from some of them (in particular 2 women, you know who you are) has reached a level that is rarely seen in retail. Now, whenever I can, I prefer to drive to another city to buy my wine.
