Scratched My Watch for $107.xx

The watch was Automatic and after 6 years of use, I took it to the store I bought it at. Time's Square Watch. I told them it needed to be regulated. I was told that it would be shipped out and a complete overhaul would be done on it. After 6 weeks, I was phoned that it was done. I went to pick up the watch. It was done alright. three big scratches on the back cover. Whomever they sent it to did that! Also the watch still falls behind a minute every three days. Did anyone do anything besides scratching my watch? They'll never get any money off me again.
