There policy is Free Next Day shipping. Guess what-8 business days is not enough time for them to ship.My shipment got lost and they won't do anything about that. Product is okay, but DON'T rely on their shipping.

CD/DVD mailers cont'd from above. They couldn't be found.

You should be paying store staff less than the minimum wages because that's all they're worth. Just spent a half hour in the St. Catharines store looking to buy a package of CD/DVD Mailers, which are think cardboard folders slightly larger than the CD's. They come in boxes of 12. I spoke to to people in the store, neither knew what I was talking about. We searched here, and there all in vain. We went to the "search desk" computer screen and there are "9 in stock in this store". see below..
