Attended their showroom and order shower kits with jets through their sales person in showroom. We advised them that was renovation job in upper floor. We purchased over $3000 worth of supplies. Waited over two weeks for supply to come. The main shower valve was 3/4 inch. We could use only 1/2 inch. They charged me 25% restocking fee ($500) and will not exchange kit or even reduce restocking fee if I order new kit. The sales person in showroom wasn't helpful, either the manager.

Amazing and knowledgable. Save $$$$$$$$$$$$$ with their expertise. Million dollar service for very low cost.

I am new in the area and needed from parts for PVC fittings and drip irrigation fittings I've visited 4 stores but haven't found the exact parts I need. Thankfully I came to Powell Plumbing Supply and they had all what I'm looking for. Thank you for saving my day!
