After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.

Install of AC went great. Worked good for one summer. Spring of the following year it won't start. Trying for three weeks to get an explanation. Apparently there's only one person there who can answer and he won't call me. Service is great! Until they have your money.
