Nathan Couchman of Real Steel Roofing was hired to do new shingles to the roof of our bungalow in Toronto. The day after the work was completed, our roof started leaking when it rained. On inspection of our roof, we found – no flashing and no caulking where ever it was necessary, missing shingles, open gaps between the shingles holes in the roof, naked roofing nails. Inspite of dozens of attempts, he has refused to come back and correct the issues claiming that he is very busy.
