Nrg Salon NRG - Pickering Town Centre

I went to NRG back in September 2017. I received a very uneven haircut from a senior stylist. I followed up the next day and was very poorly treated. They refused to fix my hair. I called Ninos in the same mall to PAY for someone to fix it. I explained my situation, booked an appointment for the Monday and they actually called and refused me and said I HAD to go to NRG. I have followed up with CS and on their social media and to this day have not received a response. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Do not go here! I do not normally write reviews (this is my first one) but they are horrible. I went in for an updo--i arrived right when the salon opened--I showed a picture from pintrest (simple a side braid with a bun)--we agreed on 60 dollars for the cost--after an hour of trying all the stylist had done was a tiny braid nothing like the picture--I was given another stylist and after an hour and a half ended up with a sloppy updo I could have easily done at home

good experience.

Earlier today i called the store and i spoke with Christine the front desk reception. she was nice and friendly i told her i have never been there, so i asked her to recommend someone who is great with styling. Christine recommended Alyssa to wash, cut and style my hair. I was there September 17 , my appointment was for 7:15 pm but I ended up waiting until 7:45 of course I didnt get my hair cut.

Melissa is a great stylist

the stylist Melissa literately rescued my hair from years of bleaching,split ends and drugstore coloring. I was very nurvous about seing a stylist (in my experience they never listen and just CUT CUT CUT) but she was very attentive and managed to save my damaged hair without making it shorter than I wanted. I have straight-flat thin hair and it went from looking flat and dead to looking like hair again! definitely recommend seeing her
