Mason Homes is the United Airlines of Home Builders
We purchased a home from Mason Homes a couple years ago. The quality of our home is fine, the sales team was great, but their after sales customer service is terrible. They're the United Airlines of Home Builders. No one is responsible for anything, you ask them something and they pass the buck to someone else. We asked the site super (Brian) if he could have someone fix our outstanding PDI items, he told me he's not in charge of the trades. If the site super isn't who is! Buy resale, not new!
