bought a tv at leons had it delivered turned it did not work sent allthe info requested by leons and samsung 15 days later and many phone call to the service dep still no tv no one seams to be e mailing samsung to get me some answers
Following up my review from 2 months ago. Still have not received my fridge and now the "workers" have given me the Samsung reps information and basically told us to figure it out on our own. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are crooks and don't care about customer service or loyalty.

Excellent service. Bought my mattress from Mike and he was great. Delt with his daughter for a freezer and she is lovely too. Always go to Leons and deal with the them.

As an independent store, they do not access corporate inventory. I am waiting 4-6 weeks for a television I could have received next week if I purchased in Kitchener. They do not share this fact.
