Messed up place Food

Messed up place Food is cold, not even warm No taste Bread/pita was lying on counter without any wrap Place is very run down I walk to rest room, broken - unable to wash hands Also please note: owner was talking so loud that you can't sit and talk, so disturbing - mentioning that they were talking in their language Stay away Unless u can stand on that kind of place in Ottawa It's not reasonable - not cheap food

Stubborn and refuse to cook meat rare!!!!

Don't order anything rare, or don't expect it cooked the way you like it! I asked them several times not to over cook my Kabbab and to make the lamb rare, but was met with resistance the whole way in the end the meat was dry over cooked and tasteless. I mean why would they want to please their customers it's not like the customer is gonna eat it! for all who said this place makes the best of anything you need to get out more. Try Shawarma Palace just down the street. it was my second and last time ever ordering from here again the first time the lamb if you can believe it was even more over cooked. I will say they are friendly but very very stubborn, and have no clue what customer service means.

Worst kebab restaurant ever. Rude people. Food of very low quality. was sick afterwards, something was not fresh even the salad was grey. will never come back

Very Nice

The food was properly made, and was very delicious. I would definetly go there again. The staff have very strong accents, which I had trouble ordering, but it's not their fault. They just got new renovations done, and it looks very nice. Nothing fancy, but great standards for fast food.

Food is excellent - fresh, lots of choice, very freiendly service. They do large orders aswell as have very good chicken scharma's (the best in the city if you ask me)

This is a very nice middle Eastern place. (Not Greek as the other poster seemed to think) The food was very tasty and properly cooked. The meat was tender and juicy and the falafel was pretty good as well. This restaurant has a few tables so you could have your meal here but I think it serves better as a take-out place. When we ordered, they advised us that the Shish Taouk could take 20 minutes to cook, and we decided to wait. I was glad they warned us in advance though, and that it was our decision to wait or get something.

Just when you think that you can screw up Greek...

Just when you think that you can screw up Greek food, this place comes along and proves you wrong. If you like dry chicken, under cooked rice and old potatoes this place delivers! Im sorry to sound so cynical, but i was really quite surprised. The location is so beautiful and it a very large resturant also. But like i saidm Greek food should be easy to do and delicious everytime, but this was very disappointing. Let me know when you fire your cook!
