The clinic 'manager'/receptionist provided the most incompetent customer care I've ever experienced. He actually applied gaslighting tactics on me, a manipulative form of psychological abuse. It’s truly concerning to have been provided service by an individual so clearly lacking in psychological training or customer service skills, at a health clinic of all places. I did not receive treatment, nor was able to re-schedule the appointment, directly due to his unprofessional, violative behaviour.

Very unhelpful! Without giving any reason, they flat-out refuse to help. They will not fill in my Para Transpo renewal form, leaving me without transportation. I cant go to appointments or grocery shopping. Refuse to refer me to a specialist for my endocrinological problem. After I did a sleep study, they didnt tell me the result. When I phoned them, they told me nothing much was found. I have obstructive and central apnea and UARS. The report had recommended using a CPAP machine. Creepy clinic!

The most inconvenient clinic in the most convenient part of town! Go anywhere else this place is never open like what clinic is only open 3 out of 7 days and the hours from 9-3 what is that like it’s downtown save yourself the trip!

This is a walk in...

This is a walk in clinic: many of the clients are poor and/or immigrants. I have taken people here for emergency assistance. The staff and doctors have never been less than kind, considerate and patient. But you might face waits if the line up is long, or if there are emergencies. I have switched to this clinic myself, which is the highest compliment I can pay.

Only as a Last Resort

I had to wait three hours. A blond older receiptionist seemed angry at me when I asked how long I will be waiting, after one hour of wait. So, she enjoyed to put people in front of me, that came after me. If this was a private business, I would never come back. With Ontario lack of doctors, I might have to use them again. But only as last resort. Doctor did not tell me anything about my problems. Pretty much wasted 3 hours.

Dr's don't care...

While it was fast to get in to see the doctor, he showed up, barely spoke english, barely glanced at the problem and didn't ask any questions...instead, within 30 seconds of being in the room was writing a prescription. All in all, i don't trust his "diagnosis" of which he provided me no information about or causes, or even tell me what the problem was. I now have to go find another doctor who I hope to have more compassion and interest in solving my issue.
