Hello, Usually I go to this branch and if it is busy, another employee will come and help. Today, there was an employee helping a customer. It seemed that employee is new. When she finished helping her friend, instead coming and serving me, she said:"he'll be with you soon" I had to wait about 30 minutes if it's not more. So I complained and the employee said it's just me. Another 15 of waiting until another employee came to help.3 employees with a bad customer service. I'll look for another p
