We have been waiting over a week for an approval on a mortgage. We were told an answer would come within 24 hrs. In 10 minutes from now I will lose the home I had purchased, because the purchaser of my home has been waiting for TD for 8-9 days. Twice during that time we were told we would receive an answer within 24 hrs. NOTHING!! TD stands for Time Delay. Bank somewhere else if your smart.
