If I could give negative star, I would. The tellers at this branch are extremely racist. I had a problem with the Visa card and could not get the my problem resolved on the phone, and therefore went into the branch. The teller that I interacted with gave me dirty looks as if she were looking at a heap of garbage, then refused to help me. I wanted to see the manager and she told me that no manager would be able to help me.

Disappointment

Their mortgage specialist was unprofessional. He kept on rescheduling our appointment and never followed up!

WORST BRANCH

Worst customer service. They make you feel like each transaction is suspicious eventhough I've been a client for 14 years. Rude and incompetent people.
