I typically like the food this chain offers, but this specific location is extremely inconsistent in terms of service and food. What the other posters have been saying have all been true over the last few years.

Great value, particularly the soup, salad, club...

Great value, particularly the soup, salad, club sandwich trio for $6.95. The pot roast soup and onion soup are both excellent. The ribs are outstanding. Staff are warm & welcoming

Horrible. I keep forgetting why I can't stand...

Horrible. I keep forgetting why I can't stand Montana's. The food is not well cooked and the cuts of meat and veggies aren't high quality in the first place. The atmosphere is casual and satisfactory but not good enough to make up for the low quality food. It is far too pricey for a place of such poor cuisine, especially when Oakville has tons of other great restaurants other than chains like Montana's.
