Poor service, low knowledge level of Audi brand. This guy is so negative all the time - I only took my vehicles there because he was close to home. I dreaded calling him as he was rude and negative each time. Treated me like I was stupid. Didnt want to work on any of my Audis because he lacked the knowledge. The last straw was that he put a large dent in the door of my vintage Audi TT and would not take responsibility for it. Stay away if you value your car.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. What more can you ask for? We've used him several times for services and haven't been disappointed.

They know what they are doing and get right to it. They dont overcharge either.
