1 star is far too generous. They sent my package to the wrong city, I was told a manager would be calling me to fix the issue, waited 8 hours, did not receive a call, so I called back and they told me after getting the item back to the warehouse, they have now shipped it to the wrong province. TERRIBLE customer service, and inept employees who can't read a label. I now have no timeline on when I will be receiving my package.
