    I spoke with Howa...

    I spoke with Howard this evening regarding a mattress exchange. Not only did he ignore me because I am a woman and start immediately discussing the matter with my husband, but to quote him "I am not losing my job so that you can have a bed." So because of misinformation from a sales associate and Sleep Country's exchange policy, I now have a $3000 mattress I can't sleep on. Don't shop here.

    I recently went to Sleep Country looking to upgrade a twin mattress from a warehouse to a queen size mattress. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted immediately by Howard. He helped me for nearly an hour. He was patient, polite and educated me about my choice. I ended up choosing a Queen BeautyRest West Palace Mattress and a Heavenly Touch Pillow. Sleeping on this mattress is like a dream!!
