I had an extra empty bottle in the car and thought I would hand it in last time I picked up water. They gave me a $10.00 credit for the bottle deposit rather than the cash which was fine. However I tried to use the credit for a deposit a few weeks later to be told credits can only be used for refills not as a deposit. WHAT? The credit was applied because it was a deposit. They were adamant on not applying it. Sorry, you are losing a customer of many years.
