Still waiting to hear back from the owner, Licia, regarding an issue with 2 necklaces. Have received a credit note from one of her employees, BUT would like to speak to the owner as I do not know if I will ever return to spend that credit in this store. I was originally promised a replacement but it still hasnt arrived and I have heard nothing about why it hasnt from Licia.
