If there was more taxi competition in Newmarket, Solo would surely be out of business. Not only do they forget about you and leave you waiting 45 minutes when they say it will be 5 - they cannot even keep a pre-arranged reservation - again keeping you waiting 40 minutes plus. Take the bus and walk. Solo is terrible and unreliable.
