Never showed up and became completely unresponsive....

Moe from Fire-N-Ice Heating and Air Conditioning said he would come to fix my furnace, but apologized that he could only offer me a 4 hour window between 12-4pm instead of an exact time. I said that was totally fine, but unfortunately he never showed up. I sent a message to him just after 4pm, but he became unresponsive and I never heard from him. Unfortunate since I still have a broken furnace and could have hired someone reliable to do the job instead of wasting the day waiting for him.
