If I could leave negative stars I would. I pre-booked my appointment months ago with Donna for May and she told us people do that all the time. Today my appointment came and went. I had written down the appointment in 3 calendars. I was told by the son that they had no record of my appointment and don’t open pools on Saturday and could not accommodate me until July! I will never use them again. We loved Scneiders Pools but unfortunate their business closed . Such terrible service for a company!
