Sloppy workmanship and unbelievable rudeness! Our gas fireplace was working normally for the past year, until the company’s owner came to perform regular maintenance service. The result was an out of control flame shooting up against the glass. Upon calling the owner to ask if he could kindly return to correct the issue, he said “I did everything right. It’s something YOU did. I would charge you a service fee to return. …I don’t have time for this conversation, good bye.” Just DO NOT hire them!
