Extremely poor service. Sold us a bricked unit and they refuse to admit it. The whole transaction was through the best buy website, and it has been extremely frustrating. Watch the Marketplace Episode to find out more, as these guys have been doing this frequently.
Bought 3 phones, only 1 worked. The replaced one and excused themselves from selling a water damaged phone because I didnt tell them it was water damaged on inside of iPhone 11
This is a fraudulent merchant. I purchased a phone with a stated warranty from the seller. However, when I communicated to them that the device is malfunctioning, they ignored these communications.
