Vixen is very disrespectful of customers when a service does not turn out well. Five days after a very shoddy Vinylux manicure the polish was flaking so badly. When I called and emailed pictures to request a $17 colour change, they would not comply. Clearly, saving a dollar is more important than a happy customer. Feeling very devalued!
I have been going to Vixen all summer and they are just fabulous. I first tried them in the spring because the other place I use to go was just disgusting. The service is the best I have ever seen. I usually get the Vinylux manicure and pedicure with Julia. If you live in Milton I recommend this spa.
I have driven by this establishment many times but I really discovered them through the Wayspa website. I was given a WaySap Gift Certificate and told Vixen redeems them. I went there and I was quite impressed with the way they do business. they treated me like a Diva. I had a $100 gift certificate, so I got a Facial and a Shellac Manicure. I was very happy with my facial and my manicure lasted forever. Now I am there twice a month to get services LOL!
I have been trying Shellac for the past 2 months at various salons and there has always been problems and it never lasted me 14 days as advertised. I went to Vixen and all of my issues are resolved! I have had my Shellac done there 3 times now and it has lasted me 3-4 weeks everytime! This salon is fantastic!
After hearing rave reviews from my friend about this place I decided to give it a try. What a great place! The most professional and clean place I have ever been to. They are very clean, fed me, pampered me, the works. If you want to get spa services done and have it done safe at a very high quality you have to visit Vixen!
