Always gives the fastest and cleanest service. Had my watches sent out for crystals and overhauls. Took some time, but the workers always worked their best to locate it and send it back to me with price adjustment. Much better than the competitiors.

Don't use this business. You'll probably never get your watches back. Waiting 10 weeks for a glass replacement. No explanations , nothing. This is the worst experience ever. Customer be aware.

SUPER POOR SERVICE

Don't use this company to get your watches fixed. They do not return calls and they all hide behind voice messages. They do not care about customer service. Find a company you can talk too.
