First few years in their new space, service levels were excellent (Dr. Keyes days) and now with the change to 3 doctors and they accepted way too many patients so now if you need an appointment for something like headaches, you're looking at atleast a two week wait and you'll be told to head to a clinic or emerge if you need help sooner. Unreal.

A lousy doctor (Nanda) has no follow through, after doing blood work issue still not resolved or treatment advised. You could be growing a tumour this guy would test for it then forget you have an issue. I’m so disappointed with him, seems like everyone in the community is.
Never had a problem getting appts. Love Dr. Mailloux and the staff, always friendly and I don’t have to sit in the waiting room for an hour!
They cancelled my first meet and greet with the doctor last minute after taking months to get the appointment, booked for 2 weeks out, then told me since I was 7 mins late my appointment was automatically forfeit and I could rebook for another 2 weeks. I chose to seek another dr. Office because they don’t have time or care for patients.
GREAT service! Even though they are busy, they are very accommodating with scheduling and move patients efficiently even with spending the needed time. Other people have told me with their doctor they only get to have one medical issue per appointment and have to wait weeks to see their doctor and go to the walk in clinic in between. Great way to run a business and do effective diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Keys, Loui, Peggy for such great work.
Staff do thier best to cover for a Dr who is certainly developing a negative reputation of being uncaring, doesn’t listen and has a big ego . Not a dr for people with serious ilness . Want some Botox or other Hollywood type service then he’s your dr. Reputation at Exeter hospital already forming .
I have never had a problem with Dr. Keys. He took over after Dr. Swift passed away and to be honest I actually enjoy my visits. As far as the staff goes I think they are great as well, never a problem.
Never answer phone calls and can't respond to messages very poor service wouldn't recommend the place
Dr. Keys is the physician here. Appointments are only 10 minutes long and you must limit yourself to talking about one ailment. Dr. K. doesn't return phone calls, even from pharmacists. Expects people to call him, even though voice mail is always on Will not renew prescriptions by fax. Staff are barely competent.
