The online order system is very cumbersome, however, the staff at the Hyde Park store were extremely helpful and resolved all issues very quickly.

A woman answered and asked for the SKU and immediately put me on hold for 10 min. Called back on my cell phone with the other line still on hold. Same woman answered. Same thing. I gave her the SKU and was abruptly put on hold again. Hung up at 7 minutes. There are other locations in London. This one obviously doesn't need your business!!!
