Have a difficult time even giving them 1 star - horrible service, do not take ownership for shoddy work, and instead blame the customer. Customers have a very loud voice today - and i will be sharing my "stink to high heaven" service experience at every opportunity.
Was in the store last week and asked Chris if got a message to TJ the service mgr. Chris said nope and when I asked if he could get him on the phone, I was told he TJ is busy so no I can't. This is no way to treat a customer. Definitely not a professional business.
I have no idea how this company is still in business. Worst service ever never been treated this way. Tj is not dependable and his words means nothing.

TJ is not man of of his word. If he's the one installing your pool or doing any construction work. He won't commit to what's promised. I would not recommend this man to anyone.
I would never recommend this company to anyone for thier pool and spa needs. They are very unprofessional and unorganized and do not stand behind the service that they claim they provide. They do not have the techical staff to answer your questions nor do they have qualified service staff to do repairs during a service call. If you call and are asked to leave your name and number so that you can have your call returned, good luck!
