great tattoos, professional, clean, safe environment. I was plagued, always looking for someone talented to do my tattoos, always getting small pieces i was never quite happy with, now that I found an artist at perfect image, i make the trek at least once a year from Brampton to London (they're that good).
Paid $60 deposit for a full sleeve. Received numerous calls over the months from reception as well of the artist himself rescheduling my next consult since the artwork was not ready. The consult was sloppy/abrupt at best but I appreciated the artists talent and gave him the benefit of the doubt. After almost 1 year passed I decided to politely ask for my deposit to be returned since nothing has been produced at all. I was then informed the artist left as if it was no longer their responsibility (and no one even had the decency to notify me of this). I have been in talks with the store manager. The last response I received was "I am looking into it" and now all contact is avoided. This was not my first tattoo experience (Have a rather detailed sleeve from Sugar Shack Tattoo in Kincardine) and since some of the artists are really great I decided to go against my better judgement and give them a try (as well as save on a drive to where I normally go). I will never return to a franchise and will stick with the independent shops who actually take pride in their reputation. I feel embarrassed and guilty having even considered them and now and looks like I am out $60. However, I am making it my goal to spread the message everywhere of my hatred for Perfect Image Tattoo until it is resolved.
