been with the company for probably around 15 years, have not made a single claim and still pay more than most, I'm just to lazy to switch companies, customer service is hit or miss

I am very disappointed in the handling of my one accident in 30 years plus of loyalty to this company - and this includes the followup with my assigned agent. I did have excellent communication from the team leader. That was the only bright spot in this whole situation.
