I don't understand how they think 1 server can run a whole floor but they try. The "fresh cut" frys are actually bagged garbage.. false advertisements and long wait times. TERRBILE

horrible service

I have gone here at least 4 times and the service gets worse every time. I won't go back ever. Plenty of staff but they just stand around talking with each other.

This place is very nice inside! All booths, which is cool. It is quite dark though (at least for dinner, which is when we went)- they could do with some candles on the tables. The server we had was friendly, although she seemed very busy and was running around a lot. They wear little kilts, similar to philthy mcnastys. They have over 15 beers on tap, so if you are a beer drinker it might be worth checking out. The server told us that the beer is very competitively priced, as well. However, the food is pretty dismal. I think this place is meant for drinking, not eating. We had poutine and it didn't even come with gravy on it! They give you fries that look microwaved with cheese that is all hard, and a tiny side pot of gravy to pour over them. Not enough gravy to cover the fries, and the cheese doesn't get gooey like it should. Also, the fish and chips were greasy and bland, and my tartar sauce was warm (sitting under a heat lamp, maybe?). The burger my friend ordered was apparently very unremarkable, he said he'd had better elsewhere for cheaper. The buffalo chicken wrap my other friend ordered was pretty standard, he said he could've made it himself at home. Overall, the atmosphere is nice and the beer selection is good, but don't waste your money on the food! They also don't have any parking available.
