Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)
Have been going there for 6 years. Have never been disappointed. When it was in my best interest to upgrade or repair, I got great advice. When I actually needed a faster computer for new tasks, I was given great advice about what to get. Always seems to understand what I need to know and what would be information that is too complicated for me. Explains in a way I need to hear.

Expert advice and service, a third of the price quoted to me by Best Buy, and they're friendly and likeable to boot. The store was full of sport equipment, of all things, because - wait for it - they're helping to raise money for a charity. These guys are class acts and every bit of advice I was given about my macbook was backed up by my mac expert friends. I immediately trust them. Great service and great hours. I dropped of my Mac late in the evening and he diagnosed the problem that same night. He was able to give me different options based on what I wanted to spend, and by the next day my machine was fixed and ready to go. Very impressed and I will definitely use him again any time my Mac runs into any problems.
