The website calendar indicated three dates were available for my course so I went through the payment process and then contacted the instructor to let him know I could do the Wednesday but not the Monday course. He informed me only the Monday course was available for me and that he would not give me a refund even though I gave 12 days notice. The site does not state a no-refund policy except if you show up the day of the course without the requirements. Extremely unprofessional communication.
