I had them scheduled for 8:00am, 9:30 rolls around with no installer (or phone calls from them) so I call the office to see what's going on. I got the rudest attitude from the receptionist telling me their installer would be here at 12 or 1 to install the carpet instead. After telling them I can't wait around until 1pm (the job was supposed to be completed by noon) because I had other engagements at that time the owner told me he would refund my money, didn't want my business, and hung up.

OutStanding

Purchased both carpet and tile from here and was totally satisfied from start to finish. The explanation form Terry on the product and how it was going to be installed sold me on the purchase. Will be back for our next renovation project. Thanks again everything looks amazing
