1. 50-50 on customer experience. It all depends who you get on the phone as to how rude and inconsiderate they may be. 2. Make sure you know how much a yard is or looks like in terms of your bulk product. If you are not a contractor they will and I stress will short you for example you order 20 yards and they deliver 13. My complaint is reputable and comes from three different contractors who saw what I received from the garden depot! Do not trust them!!!!!
