, I went in to deposit my tax return, the teller stated “yeah there’s going to be a seven day hold” I respond that bc it was a certified western union check the funds are guaranteed and are not supposed to be put on hold. She then said how do I know that you didn’t take a photo of these and deposit it into another bank already I have to treat it as a fraudulent transaction I’ve never been so insulted I’ve been a customer for 10 yrs and have never had any issues . I will be finding a new bank!!!!
