Phones are never answered. Every time I call the hold time is than twenty minutes. Doctors are also booking appointments 25 days in advance. Very poor service. Switched back to my previous doctor and I had a phone appointment the same day. Avoid this clinic at all costs!
The receptionist at the INR clinic is moody and will not tell you if you did not sign in properly. There is a new sign in procedure using your card. I had to figure it out myself after sitting in the waiting room for a half hour. I have a business and better things to do. I saw her go to the nurse and tell them about how you did not do it right but not let you know. She is not the right type of person for this job. I work as a Professor and know that every one should be treated better than this
Over an hour wait, every time you go in which they do not ever still to care about. Cannot easily make appointments and the hours that they answer the phones are not convenient.
Although the clinic states that office hours are between 8:30p.m. and 4:30 p.m., every time I place a call after 3 p.m., the phones are closed. For someone who gets off work late (3pm) I am usually unable to make appointments with this clinic simply because they turn off their phones early. If I ever want to make an appointment, I am forced to do so during work hours or my lunch break.
HORRIBLE (over an hour) wait times on hold when you call in. When you finally get a receptionist on the line you can't get in to see a doctor for a month!When you mention that this seems a bit long (especially if you have an ailment that is really bothering you) they tell you to try calling in the morning the day you want to come in (which will result in another hour on hold). When you call the day of they say it's still another week until they can get you in and that's to see an RN not a DR!!
