Engineer came out to assess and service gas fire, advised it would take 1-2 weeks to order and install new part. Confirmed an estimate for the works would be emailed before progressing the works. 1 day short of 2 weeks later and we’re still waiting for any of the actions to be carried out. I have also left 5 phone messages requesting an update and to date nothing. Would not be such an issue if it was not winter and we did not have a newborn baby.

Called Hall to co...

Called Hall to come fix our old furnace. They determined what was wrong and said they would order the needed part. As well I asked for a quote on a new furnace and A/c unit. that was over 6 weeks ago and we have not heard back even after several call from us. Terrible terrible customer service and this is the owner himself !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
