Broke down in my service van & these "people" were dispatched. After 2 hrs of waiting I called the driver to get an ETA. The driver tells me he's still 45mins away & there's a payment issue with my fleet company that I need to sort out. On a 3-way call with fleet & the driver I expressed my displeasure with the hold ups. After the call the driver passed my service van then left. Apparently I was too condescending on the call & he wasn't going through with the tow leaving me stranded. Shameful!
