Gave specific instructions and showed pictures of what I was looking for in advanced and on the day of my appointment. Left with bright orange hair. Was offered an appointment to come back and have it fixed by the owner but at this point I wanted nothing to do with them and asked for a refund. Was refused because I would not allow them to fix their mess. 150$ for orange damaged hair. Very unprofessional. Will not visit this salon again.
