I usually go to Costco at Newmarket for shopping unfortunately senior employee at entrance door was impolite and I talked to the senior man at exit door and explained what happened he was even worse . So disappointing and bad customer service . I try not to go there anymore . Very rude.
Went to shop on Tuesday Jan 3rd 2017. Have been an Executive member in good standing for 15yrs. On this day when i tried to enter the store i realised that my card was missing from my wallet. I have all the membership info on my phone in the UGO App and Apple Pay. Even though I had the membership # etc. They rudely turned me away and refused to let me shop. Too lazy to type the membership number in manually.
