I called Scotia Bank because I noticed that I was charged 6 overdraft fees this last month of $5 each for my $500 overdraft. I told the agent, Sacha, that this is ridiculous, I cannot be charged that much for an overdraft. I told him to cancel it, which he did, but he did not want to refund the fees incurred of $30!! this is so crazy that Scotia Bank would charge $30 for a $500 overdraft.

Worst customer service EVER! Had two meetings set up and they were both canceled but I didnt know until I showed up. No replies to emails either.

Theresa is excellent with her for always smile and up attitude. We purposely try and go to her each time. You are so lucky to have an employee like her.
